A new year of Blogging

Well, I made it through Christmas and a new year without having the slightest bit of time to blog. And you would think that I actually would have a lot to say, which was the case up until about five minutes before sitting down to write, at which time I forgot just about everything interesting that had been rattling around in my brain. Yet here I am, still writing. Hopefully, it will be interesting enough to captivate you all…all five of you;-)

Christine and I had a Great Christmas with my family and rang in the new year quietly while watching the now finished third season of 24. I even learned a new card game called 500. Although I won a couple games with Christine’s “momma” as my partner, I still need a lot of work.

For those of you scoring at home, there are 104 days until our wedding and as part of the frantic planning that we are in the midst of, we set up a wedding the Web site that will hopefully answer most people’s questions. We will of course be adding more stuff to it as the planning progresses. I don’t think I mentioned this in my last entry, but we had some engagement pictures taken when we were back in Columbus for our early Christmas. They turned out really well and I thought some people might enjoy seeing a couple of them (below). I will save a couple of my random thoughts for my next entry a little later this week…
