New Look – Old Look

As you can see (and hopefully notice) I am back to my old Blog. I had tried using Apple’s iWeb software for blogging for a while and although it is extremely easy to use, it is a little too simple for my needs. Not to mention that my computer is not quite up to the task of running that program, at least not very quickly. There is a link off to the side to the old blog if you want to catch up.

The original reason I switched was because I hate (okay, strongly dislike) the Web interface for the Google Blogger Web site. Editing anything online on a regular basis is just annoying. Anyone who has used web-mail for any extended period time should know that. But I found a solution that let me use Blogger without using the Web interface. It is a cool little program called MacJournal by Mariner Software. They might even have a Windows version (or they are working on one).

Now that we are back from the honeymoon and I have all my Web site stuff taken care of there should be much more to come on my site. We are almost finished our first picture gallery, which I am still using iWeb to create and we will hopefully upload it this weekend. Keep an eye out!
