Vacation: Day 4

This morning we headed back into Arches for a look at Double Arch and to explore the Devils Garden area. We wanted to hike a little more out there but the wind was gusting more than 30+ mph! We were covered with a fine film of sand and decided to turn back after Landscape Arch. After lunch we made a return trip to Canyonlands since it made such an impression on us yesterday. We walked out to Mesa Arch and it’s opening gives you a bird’s eye view of the canyons. We made a couple other photographic stops (surprise!) with picture perfect results. Tomorrow we head to Capitol Reef and Grand Staircase.
