Kitchen Remodel – Days 1-3

The great kitchen remodel of 2010 has begun in earnest. We started Monday and are down to plywood floors, 2 small plywood counters, no cabinet doors, and bare cupboards. We are definitely ready to get our kitchen back but excited to be making some progress. The majority of the kitchen is in other rooms, which makes even the smallest of tasks, like say cooking grilled cheese, a major project. We ran out of leftovers tonight so we’ll need to figure something out for tomorrow. Wish us luck!
