Ellacoya State Park

We decided that we just needed to go to Jordan’s for some ice cream cookie sandwiches and it paired perfectly with a trip to Ellacoya State Park. I had actually never heard of it before this past weekend but it was a fantastic little beach on Winnipesaukee. I’m more of an ocean guy myself, but this was extremely beautiful and fun place to spend the day.

It was a good food day too. Helena is enjoying her Oreo below…

And we all got ice cream cookie sandwiches at Jordan’s! YUM! Helena was too tired to eat all of hers, but she got help. No cookie sandwich left behind!

Then we followed up all that awesomeness with Pulled Pork and Momma’s Baked beans for dinner. Good thing I swam this morning. Although, a lot more swimming is necessary.
