Lonesome Lake

Christine finally broke in her new hiking boots yesterday. We drove up North to hike the Lonesome Lake Trail. It is not an exceptionally long hike, but it was fairly steep for the majority of the trail. The lake is actually nestled in between a few 4000 foot peaks and there were some absolutely amazing views of the surrounding mountains!

    Can’t wait to be part of the continuing comic series. My boots haven’t been in action since Tibet. Have a couple of the wilderness hike dates at Clear Creek penciled in. Better do some up & down practicing.
