Hiking and Harry…

What a busy weekend! We did another 4000 footer (Mt Tecumseh) and it was HARD!!! It went pretty much straight up for at least a mile and was brutal on my aging knees. We stuck with it though and were rewarded with a beautiful view, even though it was a wooded summit.

I even got to try out my new Tripod…uhh…OUR new tripod on the summit.

And what about Harry? Well, while I was helping my dad with house repair for most of Sunday afternoon Christine plowed through the new Harry Potter in just one day!! She’s super fast…but it works out well, because now I don’t have to wait to read it myself. I started tonight and I’m already on Chapter 2 but I won’t read it as fast as Christine. Don’t tell me what happens!

Now it’s time to buckle down for a big week at work. Our conference is this week and vacation is just around the corner…more on that later!
