The importance of a good realtor

Well, we are very close to owning our first home. We just finished our inspection and we’re waiting for the sellers to respond to a couple of our small complaints and we don’t for see any major problems. We are very excited and nervous at the same time. The one great thing about this process (especially going through it for the first time) has been how helpful my dad has been guiding us through the process not only as a father but also as a realtor. And of course I can’t complain about a couple of the discounts we’ve gotten from people who have worked with my dad for years. Thanks dad! I don’t know how we would have gotten even this far without your help and patience. I don’t know how anyone gets through this process without the help of a good realtor that they can trust. And I dare say that my dad is a GREAT realtor!
